I build browser tools, smart-home integrations, Android apps, and game servers. Most of it starts with "I wonder if that's possible."
Several recent projects were built by directing AI agents. I say so at the top of each README.

A self-hosted launcher for the open-source Craft apps. One small Rust binary in a Docker image watches GitHub releases, verifies checksums, hosts each web build, handles version pinning and rollback, and signs users in through OpenID Connect.
A GitHub Pages demo of the launcher's web build. A workflow mirrors each app's latest release every six hours so the apps can run straight from a browser.
A full Home Assistant integration for the Skylight Calendar Frame. It covers calendar events, chores, meals, tasks, lists, reward stars, frame controls and photo upload, with OAuth2 sign-in. Now at v3.0.0.
Rip DVDs from your phone. Plug in a USB optical drive and save a full ISO, or pick titles and convert them to MP4. A working prototype built to find out whether it was possible.
See Home Assistant camera snapshots on a smartwatch. It started as a Blue Iris app until that API got in the way. It works, with a few bugs.
A small Python tool, packaged as an EXE, that fixes left/right balance drift in Windows after changing volume with a headphone encoder.
A Home Assistant sensor that tells you when the daily BeReal moment happens, plus an Android build of StayReal, an open-source, privacy-focused alternative client.
One Minecraft server that Java, Bedrock and Eaglercraft 1.8 players can all join, using Paper with translation plugins. It has 9 stars and 7 forks.
An educational math games site, and the website for a small company I co-founded.
